Unless otherwise stated below and subject to the limitations in this policy, you may return or exchange products purchased from us within the time frames outlined to receive a refund of the purchase price to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.

Where You Purchased

We only accept returns for items purchased directly through our website.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible through our Online Returns Portal (link) or at support@jselfbedding.com.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return under our returns policy.

  1. Returns

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is placed.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

To start a return, please submit a request through our Online Returns Portal (link) or email us at support@jselfbedding.com.

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items returned to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Fees

  • Quality-related issues (incorrect, defective, or damaged items): We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For returns shipped from Hawaii, Alaska, and other remote U.S. locations, the fee is $19.99.
  1. Exchanges

How to Exchange

Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses or order details after an order is placed.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Online Returns Portal (link) or at support@jselfbedding.com.

Condition for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Fees

You will not be charged additional shipping or address-change fees for exchanges.

If your new item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.

Please note: You are responsible for confirming all details (address, item, etc.) before submitting your orders. We allow only one modification per exchange.

  1. Refunds

After we receive your return, our warehouse may take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) to unbox and inspect the item.

Once the contents are verified against your return request, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after we approved your return, contact us at support@jselfbedding.com.

  1. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate this policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes become effective upon posting.

We also reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: items not meeting return conditions, returns outside the return window, or suspected policy abuse.
