Terms of Service

  1. WARRANTY PERIOD

Jself Bedding warrants its products against manufacturing defects for the following periods from the date of original purchase:

  • Mattresses and Pillows: Two (2) years.
  • All Other Products: One (1) year.
  1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty covers verifiable manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal household use.

  1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or improper care (including, but not limited to, use of an improper bed frame, liquid damage, or physical abuse).
  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening or changes in feel over time.
  • Comfort preferences.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
  • Any incidental or consequential damages.
  1. YOUR WARRANTY SERVICE

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Jself Bedding will, at our discretion, provide a one-time replacement or repair at no charge for parts and labor. We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.

  1. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team(support@jselfbedding.com). You will need to provide your original proof of purchase (order number) and clear photographs or video demonstrating the defect. All assessments and service must be coordinated through Jself Bedding.

  1. LIMITATIONS & YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser who bought the product from jselfbedding.com. It is non-transferable and valid only for products used within the United States.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
