This comforter is a very nice, smart looking, fairly lightweight, silky feeling comforter, that feels very well made and high quality. Although somewhat lightweight, it is very substantial. Very soft & smooth feeling, it does however, slip around the bed very easily. The nice light color certainly helps to brighten up the room too. Feels nice & smooth against the skin and is actually cool to the touch. Craftsmanship seems to be very good all around, and I really like the cute little subtle bamboo patterns stitched in periodically all over it. My 2 cats also approve (they couldn’t wait to get on it and sleep all day). Machine wash in cold water, and I always hang everything outside on the line to dry. A somewhat pricey item though - but a good product.

The fabric feels cool against the skin when I first pull it up at night. It is very light, so it does not leave me feeling pinned down like a heavier comforter can. I sleep warm, and this has been a much better fit for summer nights in our room. It gives me enough coverage with the air conditioner running, but I am not tossing it aside from trapped heat. The smooth feel also makes it easy to move around under.

The lavender color is soft and calm, not bright or loud. The full queen size covers the bed well and still has enough drape along the sides. I like using it directly instead of dealing with a separate cover. It has held up well through washing and comes out ready to put back on the bed. This is the kind of bedding I reach for when I want a light layer that still feels like a real comforter.

Summer bedding can be tricky because I still like the feeling of sleeping under a blanket, but I do not want something heavy that traps heat. I would still keep expectations realistic about the word "cooling." This won't make a hot bedroom suddenly feel air-conditioned. What it does very well is provide a breathable, lightweight layer that does not seem to hold onto body heat the way a heavier comforter can.

For anyone who tends to sleep warm but still wants something covering them at night, this strikes a really nice balance. It is soft, comfortable, attractive on the bed, and much better suited to summer sleeping than a traditional comforter. Five stars from me.

I'm a hot sleeper, and nights are usually the worst for me. I wake up feeling overheated with sweat on my forehead and nose, and my first thought is usually that the AC has quit. I've already tried cooling sheets, a cooling mattress pad, and I sleep with two fans running, so I wasn't expecting a blanket to make much of a difference.

I've been using this blanket for a little over two weeks now, and I honestly love it. At any point during the night, I can reach over and the blanket still feels cool to the touch. Since I started using it, I haven't woken up sweating or wondering if something was wrong with the thermostat. Our house has also been struggling to keep up with the Texas heat in the afternoons, and I even took a nap under this blanket during the hottest part of the day and stayed comfortable.

The blanket is lightweight but still has enough substance that it doesn't feel flimsy. The fabric is very soft with an almost silky feel. I've washed it with regular detergent (no fabric softener or dryer sheets) and dried it for about 20 minutes before hanging it outside to finish drying, and it's held up perfectly.

The price is definitely on the high side, but after using it for a couple of weeks, I'd absolutely buy it again. For me, it's been worth it.

LOVE THIS COMFORTER! The material is so soft. Cooling feature is like magic. I don’t know how you do it, but it keeps me warm on the inside and when I wake up in the middle of the night the outside is super cool. I did have one random instance where I must’ve been running hot all over and didnt have my fans on to absorb the cool air around me and I woke up drenched in sweat. The material is great quality I think you just need to make sure you know how to use this. It will enhance a cool room and absorb that cool air, but a hot room will do the opposite. LOVE the pretty purple too. If I was going thru menopause or hot flashes I would love something to remind me of my college years with a baby purple comforter. Size is remarkable and perfect for a king size bed. It is on the expensive side, but if you’re looking for a hail mary type of blanket, this one is going to be a great option just make sure you get at least one fan to have on you or in the room to enhance the cooling. This is seriously the coolest blanket I've ever had, and I mean that in the temperature sense and the awesomeness sense. It's so stupid soft, and it's just the right weight to feel cozy and comfy without being overly bulky. I wrap up in this thing in my recliner and on the bed, and it keeps me cool while giving me that "cocoon" feeling I love so much. It's literally so cold to the touch that if I bump it unexpectedly I almost feel like I'm touching cold water rather than fabric. This is definitely worth picking up if you're a hot sleeper. Even if you aren't, get it anyway. My husband isn't and he loves it as much as I do. It's truly wonderful!

Beautiful, sustainable natural fibers make this comforter a cut above! It is so soft and silky feeling. It is a perfect fit for my new queen-sized bed. The color is a very subtle lavender, almost a light gray with a hint of purple. It is so faint that it could pass for a grayish white in the right light, so it is more versatile than the "purple" designation would lend you to believe. It is moisure wicking, so you won't get sticky if you pull it up because the air conditioner is on too high in the summer. Very pretty! I'm happy with my new comforter!

I love the high quality of this comforter. It actually stays cool and it feels heavy when it you lay under it. If you use it all night and need it to get a little cooler, just shake it a few times and it becomes quite cool again instantly. Really great for warm sleepers.

This is a great quality cooling comforter. I love that it’s not too thick so it weighs much less and doesn't slide off the bed as easily. This is so very soft and comfortable. It is very cooling. The color is muted and looks so pretty. I absolutely love it. It is so easy to machine wash and dry. This is a great value for the money.

I’m not sure what kind of sorcery is involved here, but the bottom line is that this cooling comforter really works as advertised.

We tried it on a guest bed for a few nights, and although we will probably end up using it as a living room blanket, it keeps you comfortable without overheating. Everyone who used it has raved. The fabric feels almost silk-like against the skin, and the advertised bamboo filling really does seem to help keep you cool.

It does have some heft to it, so be prepared for that when folding it or moving it around. It is also advertised as safe for sensitive skin, and based on my experience, I believe that claim.

At first, I questioned the value, but a good night’s sleep is nearly priceless. With that in mind, I would say the price is fair for the comfort it provides.

This blanket is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before!! to say that it’s a cooling blanket is an understatement. It’s the best cooling blanket ever! It is so soft. I can’t even describe it. There’s nothing as heavenly as high end, high-quality 100% Viscose from bamboo sheets… except this blanket. I literally want everyone that comes over to feel my bed! Also— the color is gorgeous! It’s a shade a lavender that even people who don’t like purple would love! It’s a pale shade of a gray ish lavender! It compliments, any color scheme you have in your bedroom, but in a modern and cool kind of way. If you were looking for a soft cooling blanket, don’t go anywhere else. If you are a cold sleeper, you'll love it because it makes your body freeze. First of all, it has a great size and 2 people can easily sleep with this blanket. Second, the materials are super soft and slippery which is breathable and makes my body freeze in less than 2 minutes. Third, washing is really easy, and we tried machine and hand washing as well which doesn't effect the quality. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a gift for my sister because she's always hot at night. She's constantly adjusting the thermostat and usually sleeps with two or three fans running, so I thought this would be worth a try.

She's been using it for a while now and absolutely loves it. Sometimes she uses it as a duvet cover with a lightweight comforter, and other times she uses just the cover by itself. She says she's no longer waking up sweating, and I definitely don't hear nearly as many complaints about the temperature anymore.

The light blue color is really pretty and matched her room perfectly. It's also been easy to care for. It fits in a standard washer, and she hangs it outside to dry, which only takes a couple of hours. She also has a dog that sleeps on the bed, and so far the fabric has held up really well without any snags from his nails.

Overall, it's been a great purchase, and she'd definitely recommend it to other hot sleepers.
