Luna™ Adjustable Crescent Memory Foam Pillow

I got this pillow because it was a side sleeper and I liked the shape of it. I also liked that it was certified and safe for sensitive skin. I knew right away that I'd need to take filling out for it to work for me because it was very high. My husband asked if he could try it and I foolishly let him and he liked the pillow so much that he ended up using it instead of me. He has been sleeping on it almost two weeks and it's now his regular pillow and he's been sleeping better with it. I like that it had next to no odor when we got it and we were able to use it right away. I like that it has the adjustable fill so you can get it right to where you like it. I probably could make an entire second pillow with the amount of fill I'd have to take out to get it to my preferences and for my husband it was perfect as is so there is a big range of what you can adjust it to. I like that the cover is removable for washing. Currently, the product page says in two different spots that the pillow is washable, but it's just the cover that is.

This memory foam pillow is a dream come true for side sleepers ! I've only been using this pillow for last few nights but I notice a significant difference in my sleep! This makes It feel like I'm sleeping on clouds. I usually toss and turn throughout the night but I noticed I haven't been doing so since using this pillow. They're soft but not too soft. They have the perfect amount of firmness. This pillow came in vacuumed package which is great. Highly recommended

I've been a side sleeper my whole life and every regular pillow forces my shoulder up into my neck, cranking my spine out of alignment. This moon pillow has a dedicated shoulder recess that lets your shoulder sit naturally lower, so your head and neck stay perfectly neutral. The side bolsters cradle your head and keep it from rolling forward. I've slept on it three months and not once woken up with a crick in my neck. It works for back sleeping too- the contoured center supports the natural curve of your neck. This design is fundamentally better than a standard rectangular pillow.

It's not quite a true crescent moon, as three of the four sides are still simply straight-line, only the 4th side is curved in a crescent shape. But at the size like these, with plenty of foam filling, that shape difference is rather minor, I suppose.
A JSELF-branded canvas bag included in case you want to remove some of the memory foam filling and not lose it.

Speaking of the cover, it has a wavy, somewhat soft and silky texture, entirely of polyester. Breathable, but also transfers heat inside as a result. The product claims Belgian Bekaert 3D fabric, which I can only presume is referring to this cover... but this pillow cover and filling is entirely sourced and made in China, so decide for yourself.

And in terms of the filling, I did notice the memory foam cubes and fibers, the latter presumably the "German Suprelle microfibers" claimed. See the close-up photo and demonstration video going through the outer as well as insides of this pillow. It is full of the light-blue cubes of memory foam... though clearly not as "uniformly cut" as claimed in the Product Details. The filling had some distinct chemical smells that makes me concerned.

Overall, it just doesn't scream "quality" to me, though "decent". Noticeably taking shortcuts with the filling and claiming European materials/craftsmanship that only seems like a marketing ploy also is a negative aspect that creates expectation that only would disappoint.

I'm a big fan of curved pillows and actually needed a new one, I just didn't want to give up my favorite pillow, but since I received this one and after using it the first night, I had no trouble throwing the other out.
My husband turned me on to memory foam cluster pillows a while back and I was glad to see this to be similar to that.
This pillow is great that I can add or take away filling, my old one couldn't, they included extra filling, but I'm a small gal so I ended up taking out some filling to my liking.
I sleep mostly on my side and the curved pillows are best for that.
This forms around you and holds it shape extremely well.
My only gripe would be I wish they would've included a spare pillow case but otherwise it's a fantastic pillow. Standard pillow cases do fit. I do recommend to get a queen size curved pillow covers for it though, easier to put on and doesn't make the pillow tight.

After a little bit of a rough start, I'm happy with my new memory foam pillow. Two nights ago was my first time trying it out and I had to get up in the middle of the night to locate the instructions to adjust the thickness, finally finding them about halfway down the original product description. There were no instructions included in the package.

So I removed the pillow from the cover and unzipped the end. There's a fabric funnel that the manufacturer calls a baffle, and it probably did help keep the foam I removed from going everywhere. There were very soft little blue foam cubes and some loose white fiber shreds which I put in the bag provided.

Then I redistributed the remaining stuffing, put the pillow back together, and slept very well. The pillow fits very nicely in my standard size pillowcase. The outer cover of the pillow does a great job keeping the cubes from feeling lumpy.

There was a slight chemical odor coming from the pillow which went away by the second night. Otherwise, this is the best pillow I've ever had, including two other very expensive ones.

This pillow is incredibly comfortable and has been a great fit for side sleeping. The moon shape provides nice support around the neck and helps keep my head comfortably aligned while I sleep. I also like that the loft can be customized, making it easier to find the right level of support. The breathable fabric is a nice touch, especially for those who tend to get warm at night. Overall, a comfortable, supportive pillow that works especially well for side sleepers.
